redprayerThe Folkmore Healer's Association (boringly known as FHA for short) is a small, non-profit organization staffed by a variety of healers and scientists. They serve alongside the medical department of Amrita Academy in offering free, private medical services to the residents of Folkmore.
The organization is a nascent one, and currently without a base of operations. However, they do have a greenhouse in Willow (to the East of Elder Mother Station, and Northwest of Lapine) which grows pharmaceutical plants of various sorts and occasionally serves as a place for members of the organization to meet with patients or other members.
Perhaps more pertinent is the association's website, which was put together by Tony Stark (ironypoisoned). It's a fairly simple website that explains what the association is, what their goals are, and how to contact members of the association.
If your character is a member of the association, they'll be listed on the website along with some information about what they do. Below is a form you can fill out OOCly and post here to give us more information on what your character does.

Character Name: Should be self-explanatory!
Skillset Summary: What does this character do for the association? What sorts of medicine do they specialize in, what is their skill level? Do they use healing magic, perform surgeries, create pharmaceuticals, labor as a nurse? Do they have a non-healing related duty, such as handling the website, maintaining the greenhouse, doing custodial work?
Residence: Where in Folkmore do they live? (This information is mostly important for emergencies, e.g. if someone is badly injured in the Cruel Summer region, then it'd be wiser to summon a doctor from Cruel Summer than have one travel over from Wintermute.)
Availability: Can your character be contacted whenever or do they work specific hours?
Contact Information: Link to your character's inbox, if they'd be willing to have it up on the website. If they also have a postal address, you can mention that as well.
